Are you bicultural? A member of a multicultural family? An international migrant? A first-generation individual or couple raised bi-culturally by immigrants? Are you a multiethnic/biraciaI couple? I know exactly how the process of coming to terms with such multicultural experiences can impact one's identity. My goal is to help you “feel at home” within yourself, develop a sense of belonging and thrive in your relationships. I look forward to help you become the best version of yourself.

My practice has been focused on helping people that are from a diverse ethnic, racial, cultural, religious and spiritual backgrounds, integrate the multiplicity of their experience from within. As a multicultural and multilingual psychotherapist with an intercultural mindset, I view interactions from multiple cultural perspectives. Experienced working with international migrants, ex-pats, cultural hybrids, international sojourners, global nomads, refugees, Adult Third Culture Kids (TCK), Adult Cross-Cultural Kids (CCK), people that were raised in several countries around the globe, as a diplomat’s kid, or because their parents worked for an international organization. My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that a sense of identity and belonging increases confidence, creativity and improves the relationships with Self and others. In the process of therapy, you'll work through conflicts developing more trust and closeness to your loved ones. The therapeutic process will help you reconnect with your work life, partner, and Self in a new way. An integrated sense of self is a powerful way of being in the world. “The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.” – Carl Jung.
