My Background and Approach
Over the years, my personal and work experience has influenced my passion for helping individuals foster healthy, fulfilling relationships and sex lives. I believe that sexuality is a significant part of a person’s life, and everyone has the right to safe and enjoyable sexual experiences. My work focuses on normalizing conversations around sexual health and wellbeing, repairing the mind-body connection, and healing interpersonal relationships. I have experience working with a wide range of mental health concerns including psychotic disorders, mood disorders, perinatal mental illness, depression, anxiety, and ADHD. Regardless of the type of support you are seeking, I hope to be the encouragement you need as you take the steps towards healing.
