I was born and raised in Arizona, residing in the Phoenix area since 2001 when I commenced my undergraduate work at Arizona State University. I completed her Master’s degree in Counseling in 2008 from The University of Phoenix and have remained a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona over the past 12 years working as an individual, group, and family therapist for diverse populations.
I have worked to assist with various presenting issues; specializing in helping families and adolescents with trauma, family conflict, sexual problematic behaviors, LGBTQ, sexual abuse, and mood management. Other areas of competency include; depression, anxiety, ADHD, parent/child reconnection, adolescent adjustment, healthy relationships, boundaries, improved self-esteem and conflict resolution. My practice philosophy centers in providing a safe place to empower clients, building on their strengths to collaboratively attain their desired goals.
