About My Clients
If you feel exhausted, frustrated, angry, and depressed from difficult repeated responses and reactions that are preventing you from enjoying wonderful relationships, I can help. You may have invested tons of energy in after many attempts, and yet these visceral responses and reactions do not seem to go away, and perhaps you may even have contemplated using substances to help, or medicating the pain through indulging in unsafe sexual behavior, work and video games. I can help.
My Background and Approach
I provide a safe, warm, affirming (with healthy boundaries), and non judgmental environment for you to explore your feelings, and reactions/responses. I come from a multi cultural ethnic background and professionally, I used to be a software engineer in the Silicon Valley. The therapy I provide seeks to help you evaluate your values, limit unhelpful behavior, and build self-esteem so that you are able to manage the anger, frustration, depression, stress, and trauma. I provide therapy using Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Reality Therapy, Person Centered Therapy and EMDR. Techniques aside, I am committed to making efforts to build a safe and healthy relationship with you based on appropriate boundaries, being nonjudgmental, safe, and affirming interactions. Through that, it is my hope you will build strength, wisdom, grace, and a healthy self-esteem in navigating your life.
