While it can feel as though depression turns down the dial, disconnects you, and numbs you from all that is beautiful in life, it CAN be an invitation to turn towards and embrace the hurt places inside of you and learn what it feels like to love yourself even more fully. Rather than fighting with yourself to stop suicidal thoughts/depression, we can slow down the internal pace and honor what’s happening in your life.
Having Level 1 and Level 2 training, as well as being on the road to IFS certification, I am a natural at IFS. Creativity is my strong suit and I listen intently to find when parts come in. IFS is a beautifully magical model where you will learn about yourself in deep ways. You will gain skills to see all the parts of yourself and uncover who you are at your core. If you have ever wondered who you really are IFS is the perfect way to learn and feel yourself come alive!
Anxiety CAN be the starting point of something powerful and amazing in your life. You can learn about something new: how to stop turning away from or trying to outrun your anxiety, but instead to turn lovingly toward anxiety-- to listen to its deeper messages. Learning how to embrace anxiety can open powerful doors within you and help you move forward more expansively.
Having my own journey with suicidal thoughts I have learned how to listen deeply to underlying messages in suicidal thoughts and create self care actions. Suicidal thoughts are extremely common. Holding suicidal thoughts or urges to yourself can increase their intensity. There are ways to not feel so alone with what you are experiencing and be able to transform your relationship to suicidal thoughts. We can work individually or you can join my group for those who live with suicidal thoughts.
When you notice you are struggling in many relationships in your life it could be due to trauma. Complex childhood trauma is created in relationship which can leave relationships feeling unsafe and unreliable. However, as social being humans need relationships to thrive in life. Healing trauma occurs in relationship by learning to trust your own inner knowing and having another person help regulate emotions. The relationship helps you learn what you didn't get as a child.
