About My Clients
Dr Brock prides herself on spending quality time with each patient to get a broad sense of what is contributing to their mental health. Dr Brock takes a holistic approach to treating each patient, focusing on relieving current symptoms and preventing them from reemerging. Dr Brock works with patients to help discover and empower their strengths. She believes that everyone is capable of self improvement and works with patients to realize their full potential.
My Background and Approach
Dr Brock holds degrees from the University of Virginia in Mathematics and Sculpture. She became a physician after graduating from the Edward Via Osteopathic Medicine in Blacksburg, Virginia. She continued her education in South Florida, completing residency at University Hospital and Medical Center as part of the PBCGME Psychiatry program. She has certifications from UPenn in Positive Psychology as well as Integrative Mental Health from the Andrew Weil School of Integrative Medicine.
