Psychotherapy is "talk therapy", a process of exploration, introspection, reflection, restoration, and connection through talking. This process is what makes psychotherapy actually work as it can catalyze our inborn capacities to feel secure and whole. This process takes time and a fruitful process will bring curiosity, clarity, confidence, calm, connectedness, courage, creativity, and compassion.
