About My Clients
Each of us experience difficulties and struggles in life that can leave us feeling worried, overwhelmed, and exhausted. When faced with these challenges, it can be difficult to understand and process our thoughts and emotions. It is my honor as a counselor to partner with clients in creating a safe space where we can work together to explore challenges, improve coping, strengthen relationships, and find meaning in life.

I will help you recognize your inner strengths and find thoughtful solutions to your problems. I use mindfulness to promote healing, resilience, and overall well being. I am warm, understanding, and authentic which allows you to come as you are and share your story without fear of judgement.

You do not have to face the challenges, struggles, and hurt alone. I am passionate about creating space for clients to heal, learn, connect, and grow. I focus on creating a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship with my clients while providing a safe environment to explore a variety of concerns.
