About My Clients
I love working with sensitive, creative, and thoughtful people who are ready for change. Maybe you've spent years people-pleasing or striving to meet expectations, only to feel drained, unseen, or disconnected. Anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and burnout can bring this to light. If you feel stuck, I’m here to help. Sessions are available in person in Pasadena and online throughout California.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice in Pasadena. My approach is relational and depth-oriented, drawing from Jungian, psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and attachment-based frameworks. Along with talk therapy, I integrate dream work and Jungian Sandplay—nonverbal, image-based methods that invite the unconscious to express itself. Together, we can bring awareness to your patterns and early experiences, listen for what the psyche is trying to communicate, and explore what makes you feel authentic, alive, and whole.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Everyone carries an inner wisdom that knows the way forward, even if early experiences or cultural conditioning have made it hard to trust. I value honesty, curiosity, and compassion, and want therapy to feel like a space where all parts of you are welcome—especially the ones that have been hidden or misunderstood. My work is trauma-informed, queer-affirming, and culturally sensitive. I keep learning, both through formal training and influences like art, literature, and time in nature. Most of all, I believe in your capacity to heal, create meaning, and become more fully yourself.
