My Background and Approach
I provide a structured, interactive therapy practice that encompasses a mixture of therapy types suited specific to each client's needs. My therapy is centered on a diverse set of theoretical lenses including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). I enjoy incorporating humor into my therapy practice as appropriate, and honoring a person's right to seeking therapy that is right for them. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe deep in my heart that everyone's life matters. I am confident that with a little guidance and support, everyone can find what a life worth living means to them or their family, and create it. My hope is to not solely focus on your mental health, but to also to help you find an all encompassing balance of mental, physical, and emotional well-being. I firmly believe that no two journeys are the same, and that people deserve mental health treatment unique to their situation. Please note that I do not take insurance and am private pay only.
