About My Clients

We strive to provide a safe space for adults struggling with anxiety, depression, attachment issues, trauma, substance abuse, grief and loss, ADHA, self-esteem, gender identity, sexuality, bipolar disorder, and more.

My Background and Approach

Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy are primarily incorporated into sessions. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, as I believe it is important to use a combination of these approaches to best meet client needs.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As corny as it sounds, I believe in the power of therapy and how much it truly can positively impact an individual's view of self, relationships, career, and overall life. I strive to ensure a comfortable, genuine, and nonjudgemental therapeutic space for all clients. I am a strong advocate in multicultural counseling, and believe in respecting and supporting clients of various races, ethnicities, religious and spiritual beliefs, gender, sexuality, and age. Make the first step, and schedule a consultation today.
