Life can be overwhelming and it can seem that things are unmanageable. I work specifically with clients who struggle with intense daily feelings of depression, self-harm, and mood instability.

I am highly trained in crisis stabilization and utilize ACT and DBT to assist clients in gaining new skills as well as improving their quality of life.
