BSP is a therapeutic modality that helps people access their own internal healing resources through locating points in client's visual field that connects to unprocessed experiences in their brain. Anxiety is our brain and body's way of letting us know that our needs are out of balance and that we are unsafe. However, when you find yourself often worrying about many things and have challenges in controlling the worry, your brain and body may be struggling to differentiate, in the present, between when you are balanced and safe verses when you are not. I use an integrative approach to help clients find their balance and safety.

We all experience mood fluctuations that are a normal part of life. Depression is a persistent feeling of sadness, loss of interest, loneliness, hopelessness. It is also sleeping all day or not sleeping enough, poor appetite and isolating. It is waking up, putting your smile on and going to work while struggling with the darkness within.
