About My Clients
Do you feel tangled or stuck, with your thoughts or in your body? You're working to break intergenerational patterns, and show up fully as yourself. I help queer people in values-driven careers break intergenerational cycles of parenting and relationships by teaching them how to slow down and trust themselves.
My Background and Approach
I practice feminist therapy, which means that we talk about systems of power and oppression that are impacting how you’re feeling and what you’re experiencing. It also means that I am here as a collaborator. I firmly believe that you are wise. You know your joys, your grief, your hopes and your challenges. Our work together is grounded in your goals and we co-create the path together. I bring an integrative approach to therapy, drawing on evidence-based trauma treatments, listening to and working with your nervous system, and building empathy for all parts of ourselves. Imagine what it would be like to feel ease in your body. You would be grounded in who you are, and have the resources to face what comes--processing past traumas, navigating hurdles that are unfolding today, or building a life that’s moving towards your values.

Two Suns Healing is a private pay therapy practice, which means we don't accept insurance as payment. We understand that therapy is an investment, and we are focused on delivering value in every session.
