My Background and Approach
I have done extensive training and work with trauma and mental health. I integrate eclectic, traditional, and holistic approaches aimed at creating a healthy alliance between the mind and body, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Brainspotting (BSP), Somatic Experiencing (SE), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP), Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Como psicoterapeuta bilingüe, trabajo en un ambiente seguro, multicultural, colaborativo y compasivo que promueve el empoderamiento y la sanación. Incorporando múltiples enfoques terapéuticos, le ofrezco orientación y apoyo para que pueda conectarse con sus fortalezas, alcance sus metas personales y mejore su calidad de vida. Me he capacitado y trabajo ampliamente con trauma psicológico y salud mental. Integro enfoques eclécticos, tradicionales y holísticos destinados a crear una alianza saludable entre la mente y el cuerpo.
