About My Clients

I specialize in working with the LGBTQ+ community, young adults, teens, and people involved in social justice work.

My Background and Approach

I love therapy. It has changed my life and I feel honored that I get to hold this space for people on a regular basis. My approach is non-judgmental, client-centered, and collaborative. I trust that you hold the ability to heal yourself, and will work with you to help you figure out how to get there. I bring playfulness and a sense of humor to my sessions. I also bring an awareness of social justice issues and the ways that systemic forces of oppression shape our mental health. I hold a graduate degree in mental health counseling from Prescott College with an emphasis in somatic counseling. I integrate somatic work into my practice, helping you become more aware of how your body and mind impact each other.
