About My Clients
In our work together I can help guide you on ways to express your thoughts and emotions, uncover your goals and life challenges so you can become the best version of yourself. I specialize in adult psychotherapy using integrated methods: CBT, Psychodynamic Therapy, Motivational interviewing and more. My focus is Black Caribbean Adults; I create a safe space for Black men to process their trauma that shows up with anxiety, depression and irritability.
My Background and Approach
As a first generation Haitian American, I am attuned to the experiences of those exposed to more than one culture. I also have experience working with families, veterans and youth in the juvenile justice system.
