Trusting your therapist is integral to the healing process. I prioritize taking time to create & establish a safe space tailored to each individual client’s needs. I take a collaborative, relational, culturally sensitive & trauma-informed approach. To balance out the deeper work, I like to weave in mindfulness, somatic exercises, and humor. My clinical training and experiences include queer affirmative therapy, depth psychology, eating disorder treatment, & somatic techniques. I help my clients identify any challenging patterns or themes in their lives and with these insights we unearth, empower & amplify their unique resiliency and strengths.
