About My Clients
You’re so brave for taking this first step in finding support, connection and healing. I work with adults, adolescents and children experiencing a wide range of presenting issues, but am particularly drawn to holding space for those working through life transitions, relational/emotional trauma, issues of identity and family dynamics. I work from an attachment-based, anti-oppressive, trauma informed lens, while incorporating play and connection any chance I get.
My Background and Approach
My role as a psychotherapist is to accompany individuals on their journey of coping, integrating, and healing. I have a firm belief that this healing happens through safe, supportive relationships and I carry this into my practice. In therapy with adults, adolescents, and children, I incorporate mindfulness, art, humor, play and movement.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
In therapy with me you can expect a nonjudgemental space, a stance of curiosity, an open-minded presence, playfulness and a holistic approach to healing. I look forward to accompanying you on this healing journey and will meet you with gentleness and support.
