About My Clients
My clients are playful and open to incorporating mindfulness, meditation, and other integrative modalities into sessions. They may be struggling with anxiety, depression, or relationship difficulties.
My Background and Approach
Therapy is for everyone! I think we often think therapy is for when we are struggling (and it is), but it can also be helpful when things are going well. It can equip us with tools to deepen our relationships with ourselves and others, and can help us build a strong foundation for when things are challenging in our lives. It is also important to know that it takes courage to come to therapy. I know that it can be really scary just to show up, especially if you may have been dealing with anxiety. Give yourself credit for both your courage and your vulnerability. My background is working in peer support which means that I have lived experience working on my own mental health and personal experience with grief and loss. I have done this work and continue to do this work; I have gone (and still go) to therapy! As someone who has lived experience, I will not judge you. I am here to hold space for you empathetically, and for us to build a connection that supports your growth and healing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I love connecting with people on a deeper level, and creating a safe space for them to show up authentically. I think that this work is so important and that by supporting individuals in their healing, we are working towards the greater good of healing our communities.
