About My Clients

If putting yourself second has become second-nature, you might be struggling with feelings of depression, anxiety, fatigue, or a loss of sense of identity. It's easy to fall into this pattern as nurturers and caregivers, but it's often not healthy or sustainable. I specialize in working with female professionals in their mid-20's to mid-40's as they connect with the parts of themselves that have been neglected and develop ways of embracing their strengths and living by their values.

My Background and Approach

Using a gentle, encouraging approach, I offer a supportive space for you to explore the emotions and experiences that shape who you are as you broaden your self-awareness and learn to advocate for your needs and desires in new ways. With an emphasis on transparency and collaboration, I'll guide you to live in a way that honors your values, and challenges you to reshape limiting beliefs and behaviors that no longer serve you. Central to our work will be the development of meaningful self-care strategies tailored to your unique strengths and interests so that you're able to flourish in the face of life's hardships. I'll invite you to welcome each of your parts with openness and gratitude, and lead you toward accepting your experience while quieting the inner voice of self-judgment.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that our capacity for growth is unlimited. How we engage with the world around us is a reflection of our past, present, and in-progress selves. I am an advocate for lifelong learning, self-inquiry, laughter, stillness, creativity, healthy boundaries, and deep connection. I value quality over quantity and imperfection over unrealistic standards. With a special interest in the mind-body connection, it's not unusual for me to bring nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, yoga, or sleep hygiene into the therapy space. I believe that what you share is meaningful simply because it is part of your story. I believe that no victory is too small to celebrate and no wound too big to heal. I believe that none of us is here by accident or coincidence, and that who you are today is a single note in an unfolding melody.
