I received my Bachelor’s degree from Gonzaga University where I majored in psychology and sociology and minored in women and gender studies. I completed my Master’s of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Gonzaga University. I am NBCC certified and have experience in working with clients from an array of backgrounds and ages who have struggled with issues related to anxiety, depression, PTSD, self-esteem, relational difficulties, and adjustment issues. I strive to help my clients explore who they are and what their needs are in a safe and supportive setting so that they can experience relief and inner-peace. I have training and background in working with transgender clients and aiding them in their transition-related goals, as well as training and experience with the LGBTQ community at large. I also have training in TF-CBT, attachment-based disorders and interventions, acceptance and commitment therapy, compassion-focused therapy, and am certified in EMDR.
