About My Clients
In my practice, I work with children, adolescents, couples, individuals, and families to help them achieve greater personal growth. I utilize a solution-focused, strength-based, and systems approach to therapy. We will create a therapeutic relationship that meets you where you are and enables productive progress in your goals.
My Background and Approach
I earned a Master's Degree in counseling with an emphasis in couples and families from the University of Colorado. During my clinical work, I provided therapy to individual college students, couples, and families at the CU Denver Student and Community Counseling Center. I also interned with a private practice where I worked with children, couples, and families while volunteering at the Hazledon Betty Ford Children's Program.
