About My Clients
I love working with healers, therapists, therapy students, artists, LGBTQ+ folks, people of multi-cultural experience, empaths, witches, spiritual seekers, pregnant people, birth workers, educators, facilitators, people working on transformative social change, people going through life transitions, people experiencing grief, and people ready to step into their healing journey.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and hold an MA in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Expressive Arts Therapy from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS). I believe that the soul has an innate drive toward healing. We each have the capacity to heal ourselves if we can slow down enough to notice what is asking for our attention. I approach therapy as a weekly collaborative ritual in which clients can become more skilled at listening and giving voice to their inner knowing. Together we work as a team to shed light on the subconscious and uncover the intuitive wisdom that already lies within you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am an intersectional feminist practitioner interested in cultivating ever-more authentic and honest relationships in the therapy dyad. I recognize the ways that systemic racism, ablism, sexism, and other dynamics of power and privilege get played out on the personal, interpersonal, and collective level and I am committed to a life-long practice of personal accountability. I am dedicated to the building of a world built on justice and love.
