About My Clients
Working with couples and families is my passion. Connection with those we love is so important for our overall well-being. When various difficulties create relationship injuries or distance is hard to find our way back. Maybe that strong connection hasn't been there before or that idea of that is unfamiliar. Regardless of where your relationship has been, I love to help guide couples to where they want to be.
My Background and Approach
I am dedicated to understanding my clients' experience, but it in a couple setting the main goal is to understand your partner's experience. I utilize evidence based practices - Emotionally Focused Therapy and Gottman Therapy, with a focus on sex therapy and trauma informed practices. I find combination of accessing vulnerability to overcome paralyzing cycles and utilizing skills to communicate and connect is the most productive.
