I am here to help! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 11 years of experience in the field. My goal is to help you overcome the obstacles that are affecting you to maintain a balance in your life. My specialties includes addressing behavioral concerns, trauma, depression, anxiety, parenting difficulties, daily life stressors, relationship issues and many more.

I am passionate about helping others, and I care deeply about your well-being. My goal is to help you improve your quality of life through the use of various modalities such as CBT and EMDR. I believe it's important for each of my clients to have a voice since no one knows you like you do. Our first session will be more conversational. This will help me to learn more about who you are, and what are some of the challenges you are experiencing. You will learn more about the therapeutic process as well as my approach. This initial session is vital because we will begin to build a positive relationship. At this time, I meet 100% via tele-health, which will give you the convenience and flexibility to meet from the privacy of your own home.
