About My Clients
There are aspects of their life that they feel have prevented them from emerging through their painful experiences as a better person. My clients are people who want to grow, but they don't know how. In my practice, I work to give you a safe, open place for expression and healing. You are so much more than your pain.
My Background and Approach
My counseling approach is person-centered, mindful, and eclectic. That means I will use an approach that best fits your counseling needs – while focusing on being non-judgmental, present, and allowing you to have a safe space to focus on healing. I have been counseling since 2015 and have found that there are many complex factors that makeup everyone’s life and future goals. I believe these complex factors and unique life experiences paint a holistic picture of each client and aid in formulating an action plan that is right for them.
