I am currently a Licensed Clinical Social who has been working in the field for over 20 plus years. My passion has been in assisting Children and Families from all aspects of life. My focus of treatment and expertise in Employee Assistance, Life changes or Adjustments, Anxiety, Depression, and areas dealing with older adolescence transiting into adulthood.
My Background and Approach
My niche is brief solution focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, in working toward developing solutions to help clients reach their goals and get back to some level of normalcy. I provide a quiet and east accessible location along with later afternoon, evening, and weekend hours to meet the needs of a busy schedule. When you first come and meet with me, you will be met with kindness, openness and a open ear to begin the healing and helping process.
