I specialize in working with mood disorders, trauma, adjustment, and multicultural concerns. I am trained in CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, somatic experiencing, & trauma interventions. My practice involves a holistic, strengths-based, mind-body, positive psychology approach; I aim to meet you where you are and join you along your journey of insight, growth, and change.
My Background and Approach
When navigating through transitions, relationships, intersectionality, and other challenging aspects of life, you may find that you encounter new or unfamiliar emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. These moments in which you are faced with change require intention and care. Therapy allows you to enter a safe, warm, and compassionate space to address the experiences that have brought you to where you are today with the hope that in time, you can begin to gain awareness and fulfillment, develop your identity, and deepen your understanding of what makes you, you.

I believe we grow through relationships and thus, I emphasize authenticity, humility, playfulness, acceptance, and respect to facilitate self-awareness, self-discovery, self-empowerment, and self-fulfillment. I prioritize the client-therapist relationship through my integrative, relational-cultural, positive psychology approach.
