I have training and experience in providing evidence based approaches to treating depression including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am firm believer in addressing the holistic person and finding the supports and tools that align with your inherent strengths and values.
