About My Clients
I help adults struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions such as divorce and career transition, grief, death, domestic violence, men's, women's and relationship issues. Earning a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health & owning a spiritual business for five years, I've witnessed benefits from a clinical approach and have seen profound healing from a spiritual approach. I believe that for one to truly heal, there needs to be healing in the mind, body, heart and soul.
My Background and Approach
I owned a spiritual practice for five years prior to earning my Masters in Clinical Mental Health and have seen the benefits and healing process from a spiritual and clinical approach. I am a LPCC, National Certified Counselor, Reiki Master, Medium, Shamanic practitioner, Spiritual guide and Life coach that meets my clients where they are on their journey. My background is also in education. I taught all grade school levels and had the opportunity to work with many children, teens, adults and families from diverse backgrounds. I have been on the Family Advisory Council for families diagnosed with cancer and have had first hand experience with this as well. I have also done Reiki on clients diagnosed with cancer.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I volunteered with LifeSpark Cancer Resources and Cook Children's Hospital to help those diagnosed with cancer. I have also volunteered doing Equine therapy and hospice work which has helped me grow as a counselor and healer.
