I have been successfully guiding clients toward better mental wellness since 2017. My background includes working with the homeless population and in community mental health settings, as well as supervising and supporting master's and doctoral level intern therapists.
My clients find that my style is positive, practical, and honest. We work in a collaborative partnership where we define the problem together, prioritize your values and goals, and challenge the beliefs and patterns that have been limiting you. In our time together, you'll feel seen and heard as you process your experiences and emotions.
I utilize an integrative strengths-based approach to therapy. I have professional training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and incorporate techniques from various modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Family Systems Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
