Sometimes just talking isn’t enough to create change. Many of the clients I work with have been in talk therapy before and say it was helpful but they want something that goes deeper. Therapy often prioritizes the mind and neglects that we are much more than just our thoughts and beliefs. Our body, mind, and spirit, are all integral to who we are. Working as a unified whole, each aspect can affect the other and needs to be welcomed in therapy in order to create deeper awareness.
