With a compassionate, nonjudgmental, & honest style, I support clients through their process of healing, growth, & self-discovery, in the here & now. My work is integrative, grounded in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Relational, Trauma-informed, Psychodynamic, & Transpersonal. I utilize various approaches & modalities, adjusting each session to the needs of the individual.
I earned my B.S. in Psychology at the University of Mary Washington and M.A. in Integral Counseling Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco. Prior to my career as a therapist, my work saturated in holistic practices, teaching yoga & mindfulness to children and adults, volunteering my services as a Reiki Master to patients in hospice care, & advocating for social justice & the LGBTQ+ community. I pull from this experience, incorporating the mind-body connection to support clients processing grief, sexual trauma, depression, anxiety, body dysmorphia, & chronic illness.
