My Background and Approach
Facing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues and other stressors alone can be very overwhelming. Working together, we will create a plan for tackling whatever is getting in the way of you living your life to its full potential by tailoring evidence-based practices to your needs. I believe each individual is an expert on their unique experience and thus strive to provide a warm, non-judgmental space. In doing so, we will collaborate to build skills and develop insights that will lead to a healthier and more satisfying life.
My office is conveniently located in Park Slope, Brooklyn near many forms of public transportation. I offer both daytime and week night hours. I am not accepting insurance at this time. Please do not hesitate to reach out to ask any questions you may have.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am an intersectional feminist who believes in safety and equality for all races, creeds, genders, sexualities, physical abilities, country of origin - or more simply, everyone. Much of the activism I am involved in is related to immigration, equal rights, global warming, education, global safety and clean water.
