About My Clients
I work with clients who experience anxiety, depression, trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), relationship stressors, grief and loss, work/life stressors, and adjustment issues/ life transitions.
My Background and Approach
My practice has been (and continues) with using a holistic and client-centered approach. I have experience working with children, families, adolescents, adults, and seniors. My client’s have varied in ages; as well as in ethnicity, socio-economic status, academic levels, and gender. I have practiced as a therapist in community mental health clinic’s, as well as in private practice settings. I respect and understand the progression of therapy and the need to provide a safe/supportive space. I strive to partner with my clients and create a journey in therapy that’s geared towards the person growing, rebuilding, and restoring their emotional well-being.
