We are building a relationship and it is through the truth and trust in that relationship that you can begin to study yourself, your habits, your thoughts, and your feelings, allowing you to heal your wounded, unacknowledged parts. My approach blends talk therapy, somatic therapy, and engaging exercises that help you notice what is going on within in order to bring those parts forward. Then you can decide what you want to keep and what needs to go away.
