I am trained in the Gottman Method of couples therapy, which uses 40+ years of research on relationships to help couples and individuals in relationships learn better conflict resolution and communication skills.

I hold a certification in Perinatal Mental Health from Postpartum Support International. I am interested in helping women and birthing people through their pregnancy, postpartum period, or experiences trying to conceive.

I work with transgender and gender non-conforming clients on issues relating to gender identity and dysphoria. I also provide letters of support for gender affirming treatment.

I am trained in schema therapy by the International Society of Schema Therapy and am pursuing certification in this area. Schema therapy is especially helpful in treating those with chronic childhood trauma, attachment issues, and personality disorders.

I am trained in Levels 1 and 2 of the Gottman Method, as well as their other trainings Treating Affairs and Trauma and Couples and Addiction Recovery.

I have significant experience providing DBT skills to individuals with depression, anxiety, and other issues. I have also run DBT groups in the past.
