My approach to working with individuals, couples, & families is to start with presence. I tailor treatment to each client and provide holistic, interdisciplinary, person-centered therapy. My mission is to cultivate self-compassion, understanding, hope & positive change. I focus on depression, anxiety, mood regulation, grief, trauma, substance abuse, gaming addiction, inclusion, family conflict, & relationship issues.
I see my work as a therapist as an impetus for positive change. I hope to cultivate change rooted in self acceptance and understanding. I am motivated by my own and my family's experiences of transformation and abundance after hardship.
I use NARM (the NeuroAffective Relational Model), Somatic Approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness in my work with clients. I see my clients not as a diagnosis, but as a whole being and I find that tailoring an interdisciplinary approach for each person is supportive in their growth and recovery.
