About My Clients
Dr. Zou has worked with clients to collaboratively set goals that are appropriate and attainable to decrease stress and develop strategies for effective coping skills. She specializes in the areas of stress management, depression, anxiety, loss, grief, disability and medical crisis.
My Background and Approach
Dr. Cynthia Zou has been a social worker for nearly 30 years. She obtained her social work degree at Florida State University and her PhD in Rehabilitation Science at University of Florida. She is a licensed clinical social worker in Florida. She has worked in various settings including inpatient psychiatric hospital, nursing home, acute care medical unit, outpatient medical clinic and private practice.
