Anxiety is one of the most common presenting issues for adolescents and older adults and I have worked within these populations for 20 years. I also have a personal relationship with anxiety so am able to understand the impact it can have. I am trained in CBT, mindfulness and Tapping as well as narrative techniques to help address the impact of anxiety.
I have attended several trainings on a variety of grief support models. I have experienced and processed several personal losses and continue to study concepts of disenfranchised grief.
