Before you know it, your day has been consumed with task. Distractions and anxiety keeping you from focusing. You constantly compare yourself to others. You feel as if the color has been drained from your life. Why is everyday so hard? Why can’t you get it together? Why aren’t you no longer enough?
My Background and Approach
The therapeutic process is a journey and we are best prepared for the travels of life when we have a confidential travel partner who is able to help conquer challenges. I maintain a solution focus by identifying patterns of behavior. Utilizing cognitive behavioral techniques I allow you to identify your own thought process. This reflection builds confidence. Focusing on your unique circumstances while utilizing evidenced based interventions allows me to support you in taking the first steps to regaining a state of well-being. As we age, we often deal with challenging circumstances and my goal is to support my clients while teaching them lifelong l strategies which will be adaptable throughout the lifespan.

I listen to your unique challenges, your losses and help guide you towards finding the wellbeing you desire. I take the time to create an individual plan focused on your strengths. My compassionate approaches and non-judgmental listening set the stage for bits of color to enter back into your life.
