Using a weight-neutral approach, I help people find freedom from rigid food rules and body image dissatisfaction in order to start living life to the fullest. Using warmth, empathy, and compassion, I create a validating, accepting, and judgment-free space. My approach focuses on establishing a strong, positive relationship while teaching skills that help people better manage emotions, thoughts, and emotions.
