Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is a focused approach to treating traumatic stress by reconnecting in a safe and measured way to the images, self-thoughts, emotions, and body sensations associated with trauma, and allowing the natural healing powers of the brain to adapt.

Mindfulness means maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment. Through a gentle, caring lens you will learn different ways to maintain awareness while keeping a non-judgmental stance.

Cognitive behavioral therapy is an evidence-based psycho-social intervention that aims to improve mental health. CBT focuses on challenging and changing unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviors, improving emotional regulation, and learning to develop personal coping strategies that help alleviate stress, anxiety, and depression.
