About My Clients
Christie has experience working with those who are invested in finding recovery from a variety of addictions. Specialty areas include anxiety/panic, mood disorders, stress management, grief, sexual orientation, gender identity, enhanced work performance, and trauma.
My Background and Approach
Christie completed her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology degree at Antioch University. Christie provides counseling for adults of all ages, couples, and same-sex couples. Christie’s treatment approach is client-centered, integrative, and holistic. Christie has experience working with those who are invested in finding recovery from a variety of addictions.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Christie believes in the life-transforming power of mindfulness and self-compassion to invite transformation of difficult places. She is a certified yoga teacher, and has studied Buddhist & Hindu thought which she incorporates into her therapy.
