My approach to therapy is collaborative and adaptable to meet your needs. I go at your pace, and offer gentle challenges only when I feel it will bring about the transformation you’re hoping for. Therapy is meant to be a time for you, so sessions can involve anything from regular discussion, laughing and crying, some silence to just be, or making slime together, depending on your needs. My aim is to empower you to cultivate healing and make lasting changes, or to hold that hope for you when you aren’t able to.
My background includes an M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Chapman University, and a B.A. in Psychology and Minor in Music from Vanguard University of Southern California. I am currently an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, AMFT 114001, under the supervision of Dr. Pamela Reeves, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFT 51463.
