My Background and Approach
My present and past experiences have afforded me the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, and adults. Using CBT, person-centered practices, and mindfulness, I assist clients navigate through anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, gaining new coping skills, family systems, behavioral issues, social/self-esteem challenges, and women empowerment.
