My Background and Approach

I worked for many years to become a counselor, and this is what I consider my life's work and purpose. Most of my work is helping people deal with relationship issues, stress, change, and healing from traumatic experiences. A few years ago, I realized I could help more people if I brought other counselors to LifePaths. I have personally chosen each of them for their dedication to this work, their strong ethics, their skills as counselors, and most important, their passion for helping people just like you. We have skills in many areas, three of us are trained in EMDR (therapy usually used to help with trauma), one of our counselors has extensive training in somatic therapy, and two are licensed addiction counselors. Please visit our website to find out more about all we do. Many of our counselors have been licensed long enough to be able to supervise other counselors and therapists.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

You never know what people are going through when you first meet them and I feel honored when a person allows me to join them in their journey to help through tough times. I know it takes a lot to do this. I believe it is important to empower you to find the best path through problems that come up in life. I don't tell people what to do and I strive to help you discover options, build up your skills in resilience and be able to adapt, and also to help you feel more at peace with life.
