Since 2007 I've supported couples and individuals to develop healthier relationships, manage and reduce stress, anxiety and depression, and improve self-esteem through greater connectedness with their true nature.
I work with clients to help them gain clarity, ease distressing thoughts and feelings, and connect more deeply with what's most true for them. Together we explore what's held in mind, heart and body to identify and release what no longer serves you and embrace your strengths and what's uniquely you.

I believe understanding and embracing your true nature is core to living a more fulfilling life. When deeply connected to who you are, experiences feel more authentic and relationships more genuine and caring. You have greater self-love, self-acceptance and self-compassion, and can handle challenging experiences and difficult decisions with greater confidence and ease.
