My therapeutic style incorporates strengths based, solution focused, cognitive-behavioral techniques and mindfulness practice. I provide a nonjudgmental and safe environment in which we can explore and solve issues collaboratively. My approach is transparent, and eclectic, allowing me to employ various treatment methods, depending on my clients' needs.
